Dr. Ziernicki has personally conducted investigations and has evaluated over a thousand industrial and machine accidents. He has conducted way over one hundred professional lectures on industrial safety and accident reconstruction. Dr. Ziernicki has worked on accidents involving wood chippers, forklifts, cranes, balers, cars, trucks and more. He investigated accidents involving American Baler, Harmony Enterprises, Hunterwood Technologies, International Baler Corp and Marathon Equipment, Inc. manufacturers.
Dr. Ziernicki has authored over fifty papers on accident reconstruction and safety analysis. He has performed testing on balers including evaluation of safety issues. Dr. Ziernicki is very familiar with baler industry standards and with industry practices in the baler industry. Dr. Ziernicki has been deposed and also testified in several hundred cases in State and Federal Courts across the United States. He was qualified as an expert witness in the baler industry, including accident reconstruction, mechanical engineering, product design and safety. He has worked in baler cases where jurors awarded damages.
Dr. Ziernicki is a registered professional engineer in Alabama, California, Colorado, Kansas, Texas and Wyoming. He is Board Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering by the National Academy of Forensic Engineers.
